Who We Are
We believe that finding reliable help at home — someone to clean, cook, look after your children, or care for an elderly parent — should not be stressful or uncertain.
Moncoin bridges the gap between families who need dependable domestic help and verified helpers who are ready to work. We make the process fast, safe, and transparent.
Our Story
The idea behind Moncoin started from a problem every Moroccan household knows: how do you find someone you can trust inside your home?
In the past, finding a housekeeper, a cook, or a childcare provider meant asking neighbors, friends, or relatives: "Do you know someone reliable?" This approach depended entirely on luck and personal connections — and when you needed help urgently, it rarely worked.
Moncoin was built to change that. Instead of relying on word of mouth, our platform gives you instant access to verified home helpers near you, with real ratings from real families.
Because our homes deserve the best care, Moncoin makes domestic services more organized and accessible — connecting families with skilled helpers while giving those helpers a real opportunity to grow their careers.
What Does Moncoin Offer?
Moncoin helps families access trusted home service providers easily and quickly. We bring together verified helpers in one place, covering all your household needs:
- Home cleaning and deep cleaning
- Home cooking and meal preparation
- Childcare and school pick-up
- Senior care and companionship
- Ironing and laundry services
- General home help and assistance
- Gardening and outdoor maintenance
- Handyman and small repair work
We believe a successful platform serves both sides equally. We make it easy for families to find the help they need, while giving every helper a real opportunity to reach those who value their skills.
How Does Moncoin Work?
The platform is designed to be simple, making finding a home helper easier than you think.
- 1. Choose your service
Select the type of help you need — cleaning, cooking, childcare, senior care, or anything else. - 2. Browse verified helpers
See profiles, ratings, reviews, and estimated arrival times for helpers near you. - 3. Book in seconds
Pick your helper and send a booking request directly through the platform. - 4. Get it done, pay cash
Your helper arrives, confirms the price with you, and begins. You pay directly in cash when the work is done.
Through this process, we give you a smooth home service experience that saves time and ensures peace of mind.
A Safe Experience with Trusted Helpers
Safety starts with trust. Every helper on Moncoin is verified through a government ID check and a live selfie review by our team before they can accept any bookings.
Every rating on the platform comes from a real completed booking — no fake reviews, no purchased stars. You see exactly what other families experienced.
If something goes wrong, our dispute resolution team responds within 24 hours. Your home, your family, and your peace of mind come first.
